This is a very nice monitor and the cables and power adapter included are very nice. It's comparable to my Dell XPS15 4k screen and they look great right next to each other.But I really want to point out that when I had a minor issue related to shipping damage uperfect was super helpful, super responsive and I couldn't ask for better customer service.

Monitor worked great for a few days then there were issues with the screen not being detected by my computer. Contacted customer support and they walked through all the troubleshooting with me and sent an additional HDMI cable for testing. Turns out I had a bad HDMI cable (never thought that would be the case). Either way, it's now working and looks great. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and especially happy with the customer support. Highly recommend.

I have been using this monitor for 8 months now and have really enjoyed it. I have tested both USB-C and HDMI connections and they work great. The monitor is very easy to travel with and well protected in the case.I had one minor defect that I ignored for months but decided to reach out to UPERFECT. Even though I was way after the return period and such UPERFECT was extremely responsive and helped me out. I was shocked and have never had that good of customer service. Even when we just asked how to do something because we lost the manual, UPERFECT still responded quickly to help with a simple little question.

The monitor works great with my Surface Pro 6 and Samsung S10, but the best part is the customer service. They were quick to respond to my questions and helped me figure out what adapter I needed for my laptop and even offered to re-imburse the adapter.

Eigentlich war ich mit den portablen Monitor rundum zufrieden, super Bild, einfache Funktion, ok, die Bedienung ist etwas umständlich, aber ich wollte wirklich nur den externen Monitor, da gab es nicht viel einzustellen, somit für mich eigentlich perfekt.Nach dreieinhalb Monaten blieb der Bildschirm plötzlich schwarz. Stromversorgung war weiterhin gegeben (Leuchtiode hat das entsprechend angezeigt), aber der Monitor hat kein Signal mehr bekommen. Nach mehrfachem Ein- und Ausschalten sowie dem Einsatz verschiedener alternativer Kabel hat sich der Monitor irgendwann entschieden, seinen Dienst doch wieder aufzunehmen.Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich auf Hinweis von Amazon bereits Kontakt zum Verkäufer aufgenommen. Von dem angeglichen Service war jedoch nichts zu merken, es kam keinerlei Rückmeldung.Das Gerät hat dann für vier Wochen wieder getan, was es sollte und einwandfrei funktioniert, bis erneut nur noch ein schwarzes Bild erschien. Wir haben den Monitor an verschiedenen Laptops mit unterschiedlichen Kabeln getestet, alles ohne Erfolg - die Stromversorgung ist da, Signal (Bild) Fehlanzeige. Rechner und Kabel konnten wir als Ursache ausschließen. Der Defekt geht eindeutig auf den Monitor zurück.Leider geht das Gerät damit jetzt innerhalb der Garantiezeit zurück und ich muss mir einen neuen Monitor suchen.Amazon bin ich wirklich sehr dankbar - zwar ist Amazon nicht der Verkäufer, sondern nur der Versender, da der Verkäufer aber nicht reagiert, hat Amazon die Rückabwicklung zugesagt. Darum bestelle ich gerne über Amazon - man wird als Kunde im Problemfall nicht allein gelassen. Danke dafür!

I bought one of these as I needed a second monitor for working from home. Easy to setup and all the cables you need are included. The size of the screen is similar to my laptop screen so they work well side by side for a multi-screen experience. Perfect for your average day to day PC use, not tested on anything demanding like gaming. I particularly like how portable it is, the handy magnetic cover makes storing it away is very much like having a large iPad. Then there is also the option to add a bracket on the back for wall mounting. I liked it so much I ended up getting a second and doing just that - walled mounted for dual display. You will need an additional box adapter to get 2x HDMI feeds.

Der Monitor ist an und für sich echt gut und sehr brauchbar. Tolles Bild und gute Features. Leider lässt sich mit ihm kein "Rechtsklick" ausführen, wenn man lange auf das Display drückt. Habe alles versucht. Der Support war leider auch nicht hilfreich. Ging leider zurück.FYI: Hatte danach einen Hannspree 15er Touch Monitor, bei dem der "Rechtsklick" direkt durch langes Touchen funktioniert. Und das out of the box.

I ordered this monitor for a trip where I needed to work remotely. It was a great companion to my smaller-screen laptop and made working much more efficient than just my laptop. It's really lightweight and has adjustable sound/brightness. It also didn't add any bulk to my luggage which is exactly what I was looking for.This is a great company to purchase from - their customer service is top notch. I reached out to them about a carry case after reading a previous review and they sent one with no questions asked, for free! I also had a concern with the noise coming from the fan and once I was back from my trip they sent me a new monitor to test. They were very keen to solving the issue. The new screen had slightly less noise coming from the fan and after a while you barely notice it. Being at the price point it is, I was fine with it.I would highly recommend this screen if you're in the market for an affordable travel-friendly low-bulk second screen.

This is the 3rd or 4th portable monitor that I've tried and by far the best one. Its lightweight, and crystal clear. The touchscreen works great as well. The first monitor of this style that I ordered was defective but I reached out to customer support directly and they were prompt with troubleshooting and replacement support. I now have the replacement and everything works great. Some of the best customer support I have experienced. I highly recommend.

GREAT portable monitor. I couldn't figure out how to make the screen brighter, but I didn't mind. The quality was fine; it wasn't exactly high definition, but again I did not mind since I was looking for something cheap to take with me to work or when visiting family for the weekend. I love how it had a base so that you can adjust the angle, very good feature. Price wasn't bad, just look for discounts/sales. I ultimately returned because I liked how the other competitors included a cover with their monitors (this one doesn't come with a cover). It's straightforward plug and play, my laptop can power the monitor without the monitor itself needing to be plugged into an outlet. The length of this monitor is perfect for composing; I work with Logic Pro, so the length is perfect to provide me a nice, long view of my workstation. It's also very thin, which made me nervous when handling it since I felt like it could break or snap. It's very sturdy, so you need not worry, but just know it's thin!

When I am at home, I connect my macbook pro touch bar 2019 to a bigger monitor. So when I am studying at the library or coffee shop, this monitor is just perfect as it is very portable! I connect it to my laptop using the USB-C cable and the monitor turns on right away, I don't not need to plug it to the wall. Except it consumes a lot of battery from my macbook which is expected when devices are connected. When I initially received the product, it came with the leather case stand and screen protector. However, the screen protector was already installed and I noticed that one corner was crumbled. Aside from that, the stand that should have came inside the package was missing. I emailed the seller right away and he responded within 24 hours, was apologetic, and resolved my problem. Overall, I recommend this product if you are someone who needs a portable monitor. I could not comment about gaming since I only use this product for school purposes.

When I first received the monitor it was damaged and smudged, but after emailing UPERFECT I resolved the problem and they sent me a second monitor within 3 days. The new monitor is amazing. The quality is great for the price. The brightness is great at 500 nits and is brighter than my laptop display. I had a problem with the letters and desktop icons being too small to read and look at. So to fix this go into the Display settings and select the 2nd (UPERFECT) monitor and then scrolled down to Scale and Layout and selected 125% scaling (or whatever you want) for the 2nd monitor. This change has made a big difference as I didn't really have to go into the setting on the monitor itself and mess around with it.

Update - Uperfect reached out to me worked through some debugging after we determined the monitor was not functional they sent me a replacement. Monitor is working perfectly and taking it on a business trip next week. Thanks for reaching out Uperfect!!! 5/5 after they helpedDon't be fooled by this piece of junk, used only twice and now it will not power up, tried multiple cables and different power supplies, don't waste your money or time. Less than 6 months old. and trying to find out who to go to for warranty repair is impossible

In theory ,it can work . Since it have a full sized hdmi port, you can connect via HDMI port diretly .

Where can one buy the pen for the bottom hole, to use as a stand? What's it called?
I'm not sure what pen they used but it's just something that any normal length pen or pencil can be used for, or even just a chop stick or similar would be fine. The case it comes with makes for an excellent stand itself so you may never even have to use the pen hole.

What cable will i need to connect to my macbook air 2019 model?
Well, one of the good things about this particular monitor is that it will work with a simple USB-C/thunderbolt3 cable (no adapter). Even better it works with a mini display port/thunderbolt2 cable. However, I find using Apples own thunderbolt3 to HDMI adapter makes colors pretty accurate.

Will this work with the firestick
Hi there, I don’t have a fire stick but believe it only requires HDMI input which the monitor does have, it is quite close to the back panel so may require a short extension cable for the stick to connect, also the sound would probably be better through a bluetooth from the fire stick rather than the monitor, power for the stick is I believe supplied separately via a wall adapter. I’m sure it would look amazing, I’m not disappointed with it for what I’m using for as a second monitor and connecting to an Nvidia shield tablet
